Social media videos captured the dramatic scene, showing the plane crashing and a large plume of gray smoke rising from the area. Brazil’s Civil Defense is on the scene, assessing the damage and providing assistance to those affected.
All 57 passengers who were on board the plane that crashed in the city of Vinhedo on Friday had Brazilian documents, Voepass airline officials said in a news conference.
