The Muslim community in Zamfara State today received food support items during the close of Iftar, during the holy month of Ramadan. The distribution, which took place at the Koguna Mosque in Micab Quarters, Saminaka, Gusau, was overseen by Pharmacist Ishaq Ibrahim Anka, the State Coordinator of Young Nigerian Voices.
The Imam of the mosque, Malam Sadiq Abubakar, while welcoming members of young nigerian voices in the state, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the organizers of the food support program. He praised the kindness and generosity of the donors, saying that their contribution has brought immense relief and joy to the beneficiaries during this blessed month.
The beneficiaries, who included Sani Hamisu, Hauwau Ismail, and many others too numerous to mention were visibly moved by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the donation. The food support program is a welcome relief to these individuals and families, who are struggling to make ends meet during the holy month of Ramadan.
The success of this program today, is a testament to the power of community and the importance of coming together to support those in need.
